The Patriots improved to 6 - 0 in D-I East with a 8 - 1 victory at Coventry. John Sleeper pitched his second consecutive two-hitter, allowing one earned run in picking up his second victory of the season. Offensively, Sleeper and Nick Grande each chipped in a pair of hits, with Grande and John Pedrotty adding two RBI's each. The Patriots were able to run at will on the day, successfully stealing all seven bases that they attempted to swipe. The Patriots return to action tomorrow, hosting the Pilgrim Patriots of Warwick at Bob Crudup Field at 4:00 PM.
